A Leon County man accused of killing his neighbor in retaliation for his dead pigs is on trial for murder.
Daniel Tolopka allegedly shot Joseph Clampitte five times in 2006, after Clampitte slaughtered Tolopka's prized show animals.
Police say Clampitte noticed what he thought were wild pigs rooting up his flower beds so he shot and killed them.
Tolopka, who's a discharged Army veteran, faces up to life in prison if found guilty of murder.
