A man accused of making a terroristic threat now has his fate in the hands of a jury.
Friday afternoon, jurors began deliberating in the case brought against Tommy Jones.
Hearne city councilwoman Maxine Vaughn alleges that following a city council meeting in May, Jones told her she was dead.
He claims he meant that politically.
Jones who is currently on parole could find himself back in jail if he is convicted.
