The drowning death of a Texas prison warden appears to be an accident. That's according to the preliminary autopsy report.
Ferguson Unit Warden Clarence Mosley was found Sunday in the deep end of a swimming pool at the prison.
The autopsy showed no sign of trauma or medical difficulties.
Toxicology results could take a few weeks.
Mosley, 45, had worked at the unit since July.
He worked for the prison system since 1985.
