His alleged acts on Oak Hollow Drive in Bryan have landed Christian Olsen with a capital murder charge.
Olsen is accused in the murder of 68-year-old Etta Jean Westbrook on June 3. Authorities say Olsen confessed to killing Westbrook, who lived across the street from him on Oak Hollow. Police tracked him down as he was using her stolen credit cards around town.
Olsen has also been indicted for the murder of 63-year-old Geraldine Lloyd, who he was living with on Oak Hollow. Authorities acted on a tip following Westbrook's murder and found Lloyd's body buried in her backyard.
Autopsy reports show Lloyd had been dead since the early part of this year.
Olsen did not speak with authorities when questioned about Lloyd's murder.
The charge of capital murder against Olsen comes with the possibility of the death penalty.
Bryan Police are still in the midst of investigations on both murders.
