COLLEGE STATION The totals are in for the annual CSISD City Wide PTO School's Out Food Drive, and this year A&M Consolidated Middle School won it all. They took home an engraved plaque and all of the bragging rights for a whole year.

But winning didn't come easy; they collected more of 24,000 cumulative pounds of food. That boils down to an average of one student collecting more than 28 pounds of food.

CSISD says the district more than doubled the cumulative pounds of food collected and average pounds of food collected per student. All of the food goes on the shelves of the Brazos Valley Food Bank for the summer.
