A&M Student Caught Trying to Jump Fence at Kyle Field Arrested

COLLEGE STATION - A Texas A&M student is arrested after security officers say he was trying to jump the fence at Kyle Field early Sunday morning.

23-year-old Philip David Shuler was stopped by University Police outside construction gate 8 at Kyle Field. According to the arrest report, someone called UPD earlier in the night to report a man peeing in public near the Memorial Student Center. Shuler matched the description given by the caller.

The officer said that Shuler was staggering around when he found him at the football stadium.

Shuler was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.
