AT&T Wireless Customers Experience Problems with Signals

"Earlier this morning, some AT&T customers in the Houston area may have experienced issues with wireless voice service due to a hardware-related issue. Technicians worked to quickly resolve the problem, and service is currently running normally. We apologize for this inconvenience."

AT&T Wireless customers experienced issues with their service Friday morning.

The company tweeted customers in the Houston and Bryan/College Station areas that they are aware of the issues and working to resolve them.

Some customers report first having issues close to 8:00 a.m. Friday.

No details on the cause of the problems were provided by AT&T's tweets, only that they were aware of network issues, which seemed to have been cleared up by late Friday morning.
