BRYAN - Aggie fans now have two more choices to find the SEC network.
Late this afternoon, ESPN announced DirecTV has agreed to carry it.
And Suddenlink, as we reported over the weekend, will broadcast the new channel dedicated to 24-7 coverage of the Southeastern Conference.

The season opener against South Carolina is three weeks from Thursday on the SEC Network.
Nearly as exciting as the kickoff of college football, two more providers in our area have announced they will carry the SEC Network; DirecTV and Suddenlink.
Suddenlink Communications has been in negotiations for months with ESPN to add the channel to their expanded basic cable lineup.
"We know there are a lot of A&M fans out there and we're very excited to be able to make sure that they'll see every A&M game that's available on the SEC Network," said Pete Abel, Suddenlink Communications Spokesperson.
The expanded basic cable plans starts around $72 a month for one HD box.
Pete Abel with Suddenlink tells us the Longhorn Network will also be added as part of the deal.
Texas A&M Student Taylor Splawn, a Suddenlink customer, is excited the SEC Network is an option for her.
"I guess it gives us more exposure. More people are looking at us now versus before it was was just A&M, but now it's like more people know about us and talk about us so that's pretty cool it's exciting," she said.
The newly signed deals also impact local bars and restaurants which draw crowds for Aggie and other college football games.
Barry Ivins, Owner of the Corner Bar was worried about having to change to a new provider if DirecTV did not pick it up.
"I was on the phone with them quite a while. We had a heart to heart talking about if they are going to be able to pickup the SEC Network," he said.
We contacted DirecTV to find out about what it will cost residential customers to watch the SEC Network. They have not returned our calls.
Dish Network was the first to pick up the SEC network in our area.
TV packages that include the SEC Network start around $72 a month.
