Aggies will mourn the loss of those who tragically died in the Bonfire collapse back in 1999 with a candlelight vigil Monday, which marks the 14th anniversary.
Many recall the fateful day, November 18th, 1999 at 2:42a.m. when 12 Aggies were killed and another 27 were injured as the Bonfire stack collapsed during construction on the Texas A&M campus.
Thousands of Aggies held a candle light vigil early Monday morning at the Bonfire Memorial to remember those who were lost and injured in the tragedy.
