Air Rifle Shot at Post Oak Mall

College Station Police responded to a call on Saturday after they received a tip about a suspect shooting at Post Oak Mall.

Police say a witness saw a man allegedly shoot an air rifle that shattered a window at JC Penny. Witnesses also say he was shooting at other targets in the parking lot.

Julio Rodriguez was detained by a mall security officer before CSPD officers arrived on scene.

Rodriguez was arrested and charged for Criminal Mischief.
