Animal Control Looking For Owner Of Black Lab That Bit Jogger

COLLEGE STATION - College Station Animal Control is asking for your help to find the owner of a dog that bit a jogger.

The victim was jogging down Welsh Ave Tuesday night when she came across a woman and her two dogs. One of them, a smooth hair black lab, was off the leash. She says the dog ran towards her, went behind and bit her.

The owner was described as a white female with short brown hair. She was accompanied by another white female and her dog.

Animal Control says the lab needs to be located and observed to rule out possible rabies exposure to the jogger. If you have any information about this case, please call 979-764-3600.
