Brazos Valley Burn Bans: The following counties are under a Burn Ban: Austin, Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Houston, Lee, Leon, Madison, Milam, Robertson, San Jacinto, Trinity, Walker, Washington
BRYAN, Texas -- On March 10, 2014 just before 11:00 p.m. Bryan Police Officers responded to Saddlewood Apartments located at 3625 Wellborn Road for gun shots fired. Reports stated that a male in a silver car had shot multiple rounds from the vehicle. Several people were outside but no one was injured. Two vehicles were struck by bullets causing damage.
On March 12, 2014 at 9:00 p.m. officers arrested Douglas Lee Foster, age 27 of College Station, on a Deadly Conduct warrant. On March 13th an Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon charge was added. Foster is currently at Brazos County Jail on a $120,000 bond.
