BRYAN BTU has contracted Osmose Utilities Service, Inc. to perform inspection and in some cases maintenance of specified electric Transmission and Distribution poles. This program is for decayed, damaged or otherwise weakened poles to be restored to meet or exceed National Electrical Safety Code strength requirements. Area residents may notice Osmose trucks and personnel in the area throughout the project period.
Areas affected are within a mile on either side of Texas Ave from Coulter Dr. South to the Bryan city limit line.
BTU says it should take approximately four (4) months beginning October 28th.
