A number of indictments have been handed down by a Brazos County grand jury.
26-year-old Brandon Wayne Moore was indicted for three counts of aggravated robbery, a first degree felony. On December 19th, Bryan Police say Moore walked into the Pepe's Mexican Café on South College in Bryan and threatened the cashier and took money from the register.
No one was hurt in that robbery.
In January, Moore was arrested after he called the Brazos Valley Crisis Hotline and told them he needed medication.
29-year-old Robert Guevara of Houston was also indicted for holding up the Cash America Pawn Shop on Texas Avenue in Bryan last November. Guevara was arrested in Pueblo, Colorado during a search warrant back on January 16th.
23-year-old Yuchen Lei has been indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Back in January, College Station Police say Lei pulled a pocket knife and stabbed a 52-year-old male nurse in the chest at the College Station Medical Center.
He also became combative against police and spit in the face of one of the officers.
