BRYAN – Bryan ISD is hoping to convince some High School dropouts to come back to class.

The district will hold a ‘Community Droput Blitz’ on September 19. They will reach out to students who have recently dropped out and offer them options for returning to get their diploma or GED.

Volunteers and school personnel will meet at 8:00 a.m. in the board room of the Travis Education Support Center located at 101 North Texas Ave. The blitz should end by Noon.

If you would like to volunteer for the event, contact Melanie Rogers at or 979-209-1059.
