Bryan Man Allegedly Sells Drugs to Undercover Cop

COLLEGE STATION - An undercover operation lead to the arrest of a Bryan man accused of selling drugs.

Erik Lakeith Robertson, 28, allegedly sold 3.5 grams of meth and 2.5 grams of adderall to an undercover cop on June 6th. According to the arrest report, the undercover investigator agreed to meet Robertson at a convenience store on FM 158. The officer stated that he recognized Robertson from previous investigations. Investigators say Robertson got into the car with the undercover officer and handed him a flashlight. According to the report, Robertson told the undercover officer that the drugs were inside the battery compartment.

Investigators say they arrested Robertson on June 18th. His arrest is part of an ongoing investigation into the sale of drugs. Robertson is being held on a $25,000 bond.
