Bryan Man Breaks into Vehicle, Flees from Officers

COLLEGE STATION A Bryan man is facing charges after breaking into a car, then fleeing from officers in College Station.

It happened Sunday night in the Old Navy parking on Texas Avenue.

Police say they discovered 21 year old Julio Rodriguez trying to break into a car and when they tried to confront him, he fled.

After a brief foot chase, officers caught up with Rodriguez in the same parking lot.

Police discovered possessions from inside the vehicle on Rodriguez.

He was arrested and taken to the Brazos County jail.
