One of the three Bryan men charged in the murder of Billy Joe Menard, Jr. last year is back in jail.
According to Brazos County jail records, 19 year old Travis Carroll's bond has been revoked.
He was booked into the Brazos county jail just before 2:45 p.m. Tuesday.
According to prosecutors, Carroll failed a drug test, which was positive for marijuana. It was a regular test as a condition of his bond.
Carroll was with two other people at the Wild Oaks apartment complex in October of 2011 when Menard was shot and killed, reportedly after a conflict regarding a drug trade.
The two other suspects, Christopher Hernandez and Clayton Thompson are also charged with murder.
