Update: Bryan Police Called To Bryan High on Prohibited Weapon Concern

On Tuesday, Oct. 29, Bryan Police responded to a reported concern at Bryan High about a prohibited weapon in a student’s vehicle.

A search of the vehicle revealed items prohibited in the Bryan ISD Student Code of Conduct, triggering an investigation.

No arrests were made by Bryan Police, and Bryan ISD said at no time was the safety of students threatened.

KBTX News asked a district spokesperson what the prohibited items were, but he declined to say, citing the ongoing investigation.

Bryan Police declined to comment because no charges were filed.
