BRYAN On November 15, 2013 at 9:05pm Officers responded to the 1500 block of Bennett St. to a shooting that had just occurred. Several males contacted the 26 year old male victim at his residence. A struggle ensued between the victim and one suspect. The victim retreated into the residence when a firearm was discharged striking the victim. Officers determined the victim had left the scene prior to their arrival and transported himself to St. Joseph Hospital. As of November 18th at 9:30am the victim was still at St. Joseph Hospital in stable condition. The suspects were described as average height and build wearing dark colored pants and light sweatshirts. This case is currently being investigated by the Criminal Investigation Division and no further details are available at this time.
