A Bryan resident is under arrest, charged with making the bomb threat received by Texas State University last week.

Brittany Nicole Henderson was taken into custody Tuesday by Bryan Police on warrants out of Hays County. She faces three counts of making a terrorist threat and three counts of making a false alarm. She remains in Brazos County's Jail.

The 19-year-old is a former TSU student who authorities believe sent the e-mail threat to the university on October 18. It was directed at the admissions building, which was evacuated as a result, along with a pair of residence halls.

A spokesperson for Texas State University Police tells News 3 an email account connected to Henderson caused them to want to question her.

Bryan Police were asked to call her in for an interview at their department. At that point, she was arrested.

Investigators are still looking into the e-mail bomb threat received by Texas A&M that forced the evacuation of the entire campus October 19. No arrests have been made yet. A&M University Police confirm they are looking at Henderson concerning the College Station threat.

Henderson was at TSU starting in the fall of 2011, but withdrew in September for reasons the university would not comment on.
