Family and friends gathered at Bryan High School Monday night to remember a senior student and his older brother who were killed in a car accident last week.

Seventeen year-old Dusty and 20-year-old Blake Holladay lost their lives Friday morning in a head on collision near North Zulch in Madison County. Friends of the brothers gathered in the senior parking lot at Bryan High to share stories of their former classmate, and the joy he brought them every day.

Truman Guy organized the candlelight vigil and said school was not the same Monday without Blake.

"How can this happen to someone that is so nice and who everybody likes?" Truman said. "When the whole class found out, everybody started crying. I didn't believe it at first."

The Department of Public Safety said the brothers died on impact when Blake over-corrected his pickup and hit an 18 wheeler head on. Friends of Dusty are making shirts and ribbons to donate to an auto-tech scholarship in honor of their friend.
