BRAZOS COUNTY - A College Station man has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of indecency with a child from an alleged offense back in 2012 in which a 15 year old girl was reportedly touched against her will.

Police said then-23-year-old Robert Cooper was in an apartment on Marion Pugh Drive in August of 2012 with friends watching a movie when he began touching and kissing an underage girl.

Documents show friends in the apartment discovered Cooper and began assaulting him. His county booking photo shows bruises from that reported assault.

In Texas, indecency with a child is a felony. It's not yet known when the case will go to trial.
