CS Restaurant Has Sushi Operation Shut Down

COLLEGE STATION A portion of a College Station restaurant's operations has resumed following a suspension.

Joy Luck's Sushi operations were shut down Monday after Brazos County Health Department inspectors couldn't find documentation for storage of fish. Inspectors said the restaurant on George Bush Drive also didn't show the correct procedures for testing sushi rice.

The health department came back Tuesday and gave Joy Luck the thumbs up to resume preparing sushi.

More on the scores for area eateries can be found any time at the Restaurant Report Card page here at KBTX.com. Scores are featured Thursday night's at 10 on News 3.
