College Station Police arrested 22-year-old Adam Kuntz for driving while intoxicated after he shouted at another vehicle in the Northgate Parking Garage.
According to the police report, CSPD officers had broken up a group of people yelling at each other when they noticed Kuntz leaned out of his window and shouted profanity as another car pulled out in front of him.
Kuntz told officers that he had "five or six bottles" of Dos Equis before getting behind the wheel and admitted that he shouldn't be driving. Cops administered a Field Sobriety test, which Kuntz failed. He was placed under arrest for DWI. Kuntz blew a .163 and .169 on the breath test, which enchanced his charge to a Class A misdemeanor.
He is being held in the Brazos County Jail under no bond.
