Car Suddenly Catches on Fire in Bryan

It was a scary moment for a driver this afternoon in Bryan when her PT Cruiser suddenly caught on fire.

The driver told firefighters she was driving and pulled over near South College Avenue near Villa Maria when she started noticing smoke and then flames.

The woman was able to safely get out of the car.

Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
