This coming week, The Brazos County Attorney is expected to file charges against Alexander Kemos, a former Texas A&M administrator.
Following a check of his credentials, Kemos resigned from his position as senior vice president for administration in June of this year.
The background check revealed Kemos lied on his resume and job application by stating he was a Navy SEAL and had a doctorates degree.
Brazos County Attorney Rod Anderson says he plans on filing the misdemeanor charge against Kemos this coming week. Kemos, who moved out of state following his resignation, faces up to six months in jail or a $2,000 fine if convicted.
