The powerful storms Wednesday caused hit and miss damage all over the Brazos Valley.
And part of the 707 Office Building on Texas Avenue in College Station was one of the hits.
News 3's went inside for a look at what employees are having to work around.
It's a small scale disaster scene in College Station after an outside wall on the 707 Office Building came crumbling down in high winds.
"Just yesterday we tried to treat it business as usual. That's what we're going to be doing today and until they get this repaired, you know," said Preston Tesvich, the District Manager at Vector Marketing.
They were the only business being affected on the inside, where part of an office ceiling collapsed.
The day's interviews were moved across the hall to some extra space they lease.
"It left the sheetrock behind so that's what's keeping us from having even more natural lighting I guess but you know with the ceiling there it's pretty much taken away there's a huge hole in that room there," he said.
As the cleanup continues here neighboring business owners tell us they feel lucky they were spared any damage.
Elaine Villarreal has been a co-owner at Changes Hair Salon for about six years and has a view of the destruction just outside her window.
"There is a lot of debris out there and well you can see as far as the building next door," she said.
"I love this community there was immediate support from everybody and there was tons of folks here by the time I even got here they were already getting to work and fixing stuff so that's always exciting to see," said Preston Tesvich.
Crews outside tell us they expect the driveway between the two buildings to be back open within a few days.
No word on when those repairs might be completed.
