CS Intersection Back Open After Accident Reconstruction

UPDATE: Officials have reopened the intersection of Texas and George Bush after it was closed Monday night and into Tuesday morning.

The Brazos County TxDOT Maintenance Section has closed the entire intersection of Texas Avenue and George Bush Drive while the College Station Police Department reconstruct a major accident that occurred in the area.

TxDOT is hopeful to have this intersection reopen to the public by 6am Tuesday.

Motorists are asked to please avoid this area tonight from 11pm until 6am and find an alternate route.

TxDOT and the City of College Station PD appreciate everyone’s assistance in this closure.
