Shipwreck Grill, The Crawfish Hole and members of The Bryan Police Officers Association will host a crawfish boil fundraiser on Wednesday, February 27th to benefit Bryan firefighters Ricky Mantey and Mitch Moran who were injured in last weekend's Knights of Columbus Hall fire and the families of Lt. Eric Wallace and Lt. Gregory Pickard who lost their lives in the tragic event.

Shipwreck Grill and The Crawfish Hole will provide the crawfish and members of The Bryan Police Department are volunteering to help direct traffic, as well as, cooking and serving crawfish. Additional sponsors of the event will include House of Tires and CajuTex Foods.

The event will kick-off at 5:00pm at Shipwreck Grill with live music from Jared Allan Stewart and Jack Houston. Crawfish will be sold for $10 per pound with 100% of the crawfish revenues going directly to the cause. Crawfish may be purchased with regular service inside the restaurant or in an area of the parking lot dedicated to "crawfish eaters." In addition, folks can bring personal coolers and purchase crawfish to-go. Additional donations will be accepted and memorial t- shirts will be sold for $20 with $15 of proceeds going to the families.

"We hope folks will come out and show their support and hopefully have a good time while helping the folks that are always there to help us," said Chad Hanks, Bryan PD Officer, organizer and owner of The Crawfish Hole.
