Drunk Driver Falls Asleep In Drive-Thru

COLLEGE STATION - Christmas Eve is a bad time to end up on Santa’s naughty list. But that’s where Joshua Lee is after police arrested the 26-year-old for DWI after he fell asleep in the drive-thru.

College Station Police got a call at 12:30 a.m. from the Jack in the Box on Texas Avenue. An employee told them a driver had fallen asleep in the drive-thru.

When police arrived, they woke Lee up. They say he stumbled out of the car before failing a field sobriety and breathalyzer test.

Lee was charged with DWl with a BAC of 0.15 or higher.
