Fatal Accident in South Brazos County

A Millican man is dead after hitting a cow in South Brazos County late Sunday night.

Multiple emergency agencies responded to FM 2154, just south of Day Road, Sunday night.

42-year-old Ronald Canatella, of Millican, died when his Ford F-250 pickup struck a cow in the roadway.

DPS Troopers say that Canatella was not wearing his seat belt.
