TYLER, Texas (AP) Two youths and two adults have been charged in what police call a drug-related fatal shooting outside an East Texas apartment complex.

Tyler police say two juveniles were arrested Thursday and charged with capital murder in the death of 21-year-old Joshua McGill of Whitehouse. Further details on the 16-year-old suspects haven't been made public.

Two men were arrested Wednesday and also charged with capital murder.

Police say McGill apparently was in the process of selling marijuana to the suspects Monday night when he was shot in the back. He was found in the parking lot of the apartment complex and died at a Tyler hospital.
