Funeral Services Set for College Station Teenager

Funeral services have been set for a College Station teenager who collapsed and later died at a local hospital.

15 year old Jacob Simmons collapsed during P.E. at College Station High School on Tuesday. He was non-responsive and later died at the College Station Medical Center.

Visitation will take place Sunday at 1:30 at Grace Bible Church, Southwood Campus in College Station.

A funeral service will immediately follow, beginning at 2:30.
