Funeral arrangements have been set for a Madison County woman killed in a strange accident Thursday night in North Zulch.

The funeral for Phyllis Robinson, 66, will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday at The First Baptist Church of Madisonville. A private burial will follow.

Robinson was killed Thursday night on Highway 21 in North Zulch when a piece of heavy oilfield equipment known as a fracking valve fell off an 18-wheeler and crashed into her vehicle.

State Troopers are investigating to see if charges will be filed against the big rig driver.

He was not hurt in the accident.
