Funeral Set for Patriot Guard Member Killed in Motorcycle Crash

Funeral services have been set for a patriot guard member who was killed in a motorcycle crash.

Sue Powell was killed in a motorcycle crash back on June 13th on Interstate 45.

She and her husband were thrown from their motorcycle after a car hauler crashed and sent cars spilling into the freeway.

Both were taken to the Conroe Regional Medical Center where Sue later died.

Her husband was in critical condition, but was released to family members on Sunday.

A funeral for Sue will be held today in College Station at Holy Cross Lutheran Church located in the 1200 block of Foxfire at 3 this afternoon, with a burial scheduled immediately after in Steephollow Cemetary located on FM 1179 and Steephollow Drive in Bryan.
