A Madison County grand jury has decided not to pursue charges against the 11 people accused of the gang rape of a 16-year-old Madisonville girl.

A group of 11 men and women were arrested last year after the girl's mother contacted investigators alleging her daughter was taken to a trailer, given Crystal Meth and reportedly gang raped.

The grand jury found there was not enough evidence for them to stand trial for the crime.

If more evidence surfaces, this case could be presented to another grand jury.
