On Halloween you can dress up and go all out...
"I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone dresses up as I don't know if they do anything crazy, but I hoping they do," said Emily Null.
Emily Null wants to get creative with a fantasy fairy costume for the Houston Museum of Natural Science Halloween party.
She picked out bedazzled blue wings, sparkled out antennaes and a lit-up white tutu.
Halloween is one of the biggest holidays of the year, a chance for kids and adults to be who they want even if just for one day.
This is the time when things get busy for Halloween Express, a seasonal retail store.
"Super heroes are really popular, you got the 'Avengers' that came out this summer so everyone wants to be some kind of superhero. Batman, Superman, Thor, you name it that's always going to be popular," said Rudy Villegas, store manager.
A pair of friends will be twinkies and match this year.
"We wanted to be cute, but nothing too revealing," said the young ladies.
From creepy crawly and scary to majestic super heroes, as one customer told us don't be afraid to go for it because on Halloween no one will judge you and anything goes.
On the cost side..the woman with the fairy outfit paid $40 dollars for her costume. Some of the Super hero costumes range from $30 to $100 dollars. Then there's some do-it-yourself costumes you can create with accessories and make up that can cost as low as $10 dollars.
