A sushi bar in College Station was put on ice after inspectors with the Brazos County Health Department suspended its permit.
The Kyoto Sushi in Northgate scored a 62 on the inspection and was closed down for a mandatory 24 hour period.
Inspectors found 11 infractions including rice being kept overnight for sushi, food stored in grocery bags, fruit flies were found flying around, and no hand sanitizer was found at the hand sink.
After cleaning up the infractions, Kyoto was allowed to open the next day.
