Hearne City Councilman Arrested

Sheriff Gerald Yezak tells News 3 that Matthew Gomez was arrested at Fireman's Hall, which is located near the Robertson County Fairgrounds on Highway 485. It remains unclear as to what exactly happened leading to Gomez's arrest.
We do know however,he has been fined over 2-hundred dollars, and charged with a Class C misdemeanor.
According to the Sheriff, Gomez has bonded out of jail and paid a fine.
