Heavy rain Wednesday lead to the flooding of many area roadways.

According to the KBTX Pinpoint Forecast team a Flood Advisory has been extended through 2:30pm for Brazos, Burleson, Grimes and Madison Counties.

Bryan Police say that Villa Maria in front of Blinn has high water.
The road is not closed, but they are advising caution.

Also streets are flooding near Bryan High School and Barak Lane in Bryan.

We are also getting reports of trees blocking part of FM 1179 on the way towards Wixon Valley.

You are advised to take extra caution while navigating around the area in heavy rain.

Remember if you come across a flooded roadway, Turn Around, Don't Drown, and find a different way.
