Home Sales Up in Brazos County for 2012

It was a strong fourth quarter finish for Texas real estate for 2012.

New numbers out from a report by the Texas Association of Realtors confirm that at the end of last year, Texas Home sales were up nearly 20% from the year before.

Median prices also are up in the same time frame. In Bryan-College Station home sales are up 22% from 2011. Experts say the growing market is boosting consumer expectations for this year and that projections show more growth in the coming months.
