Bryan Man Pleads Not Guilty To Having Sex With Underage Girl

FORT HOOD - A Bryan man was ordered to remain in federal custody Thursday after he pleaded not guilty to sexually abusing a young child.

Oscar Acosta, 26, has been behind bars since February 14. Fort Hood Military Police say they found him inside a vehicle at the Belton Lake Outdoor Recreation Area, having sex with a 14-year-old girl.

Acosta’s next hearing is May 22. The trial is set for June 2.
