The trial of a College Station man accused of kidnapping and murder will begin at the Brazos County Courthouse Monday.
A jury of seven women and seven men was finalized Thursday afternoon for Stanley Robertson, who is accused in the death of Annie Mae Toliver. Two of the 14 jurors are alternates.
The 45-year-old allegedly kidnapped his victim from the College Station WalMart, stabbed her multiple times, then dumped the body in the Fort Worth area.
Robertson led authorities on a high speed chase, which ended when he slammed his car head-on into a Fort Worth patrol car.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty if Robertson is convicted.
The trial will take place in the 85th District Court.
