Madisonville Man Arrested, Facing 7 Counts of Sexual Abuse of a Child

A Madisonville man is arrested and charged with seven counts of sexual abuse of a child.

A warrant was issued for 22-year-old Stacy Livingston McCloud in August; but according to Madisonville Police Chief Chuck May, a recent Crimestoppers tip is what helped lead to McCloud's arrest in Huntsville. McCloud was taken into custody in Walker County on December 19th; and subsequently turned over to authorities in Madison County on December 20th.

The 22-year-old Madisonville resident has a lengthy criminal record; and according to police -- all seven charges of sexual abuse of a child -- have been filed against one individual.

Additional charges may be filed in Walker County.
