Roads have reopened after an accident caused a closure around the noon hour.
According to Bryan Police, a driver going north on Coulter did not yield the right of way at the William J. Bryan Parkway intersection. A car heading west on WJB hit the passenger side of the northbound truck.
The truck rolled onto its side, but there were no apparent injuries.
The driver of the truck, described by BPD as an 84-year-old, was cited.
Roads in the area were shut down for about an hour.
