Around 1 a.m. Friday, officers with the College Station Police Department responded to the 700 block of Dominik Dr. for a trespassing complaint.

It was reported that an unknown male was breaking windows and kicking a door in an attempt to enter an apartment.

Officers say they arrived on scene and found18 year old Jacob Heckman inside the apartment.

Police say Heckman was under the influence of an unknown substance.

He resisted arrested and assaulted one of the officers, by grabbing and scratching one of them.

Heckman was charged with the following:

Assault on a Public Servant
Criminal Trespass-Habitation
Resisting Arrest
Possession of Marijuana 0-2oz

This case is still under investigation.
