A College Station man is back in jail after being arrested for his seventh D-W-I.

According to the arrest report, Bryan PD stopped 29-year-old Robert Ruiz after he allegedly drove through a red light.

Officers said there was a strong alcohol smell coming from Ruiz and he kept arguing about why he was stopped. After refusing to finish a field sobriety test, he was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, 3rd or more offense.

Ruiz had 6 other D-W-I arrests: 2 in San Antonio, 3 in Williamson County and one in Hidalgo County.
