A College Station man has been arrested after fleeing from police back in January.
24 year old Marcus Zachary Lozano has been booked into the Brazos County Jail after he was arrested Thursday.
He's charged with two counts of evading arrest causing serious bodily injury, which is a third-degree felony.
It was just before 3:00am on January 27 when Texas A&M police spotted Lozano driving a White SUV through a turn lane and over raised medians near Nagle Street on University Drive.
Police began to pursue and say Lozano turned into the McDonalds parking lot and began to accelerate.
He sped once around the restaurant before pulling back out onto University east.
He nearly crashed into another vehicle after running a red light before heading south on Texas Avenue.
Sometime later, he made a U-turn on Texas, passing through several vehicles, before he struck a black SUV.
The driver of the black SUV and all three people in the white SUV were taken to area hospitals.
Three other nearby vehicles were also damaged as a result of the accident.
Brazos County jail records also show Lozano was wanted out of Waller county for a DWI charge.
Additional charges include possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
Lozano is being held in the Brazos County jail on nearly 58 thousand dollars bond.
