College Station police say they arrested a 19-year-old man from Guatemala for taking someone else’s name and social security number to get a job.
Police say Eliseo Gonzalez-Agustin has been working at the Panda Express in College Station under the name Micah Flores. Agustin admitted to investigators that he was given the name and social security number of Micah Flores so he could get employment at Panda Express.
Agustin came to the U.S about 11 months ago and has been working at Panda Express for the past 10 months. He was arrested fraud and is being held at the Brazos County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
